Sleep-Out: The sleep-out is an additional
cost, and is only available in tandem with house rental. The
rates represent about 30% of house rental.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of $50 applies
for all lettings regardless of length of stay. An additional
$20 applies if sleep-out is included in the letting. |
